Yes, there are many ways. Playing Monkey Quest, joining in the AC, and buying them are some ways.

And you cannot gift NC to other account, unless someone was generous enough to buy a card and give you the code that goes with it. NC items themselves are able to be gifted to other accounts. So if you get NC on your main and buy an item you want on your side account. You would use what's called a gift box to essentally gift the item.
